5. Custom Orders

  • Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Processing Time

  • The time needed to fulfill an order varies from 5-7 weeks for veils and 5-7 months for dress.

7. Estimated Shipping Time

  • All shipping is sent through the UPS, shipping times depend on the UPS operating at full capacity.

8. Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

9. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to customization nature of our creations.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
